1- CUSTOMERS AREA.
Customers area is specifically designed so that you can know the sale price of our products.
If you are already a registered user, you only need to fill in the specified fields, and you can see the price of our products.
If you are not yet registered, you may do so by contacting us via email at the address info@emacs.es specifying the reasons why you wish to register and your user name, and will shortly notify you an answer providing a password.

2- General Sales Terms for HID Products.
1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Prices are in Euros. F.O.B. EMACS, Spain Distribution Center, EEC Import Tax excluded.
3. Refer to the "iClass How to Order Guide" for ordering instructions and options.
4. Price includes external inkjet number for all Cards/Keys/Tags at no additional charge. Refer to the iCLASS "How to Order Guide" for ordering instructions. Laser engraved external number is available on PVC Cards for an additional charge.
5. Cards are provided with a slot punch at no additional charge. Some dye sublimation printers cannot accommodate pre-slot punched cards. Please consult with the printer manufacturer prior to ordering.
6. Minimum order quantity is 100 for all standard Cards, Keys & Tags, 500 for Custom Cards or Cards with Custom Artwork.
7. All cards are available with an optional Debitek stripe, signature panel, or magnetic stripe for an additional charge. Standard magnetic stripe is 3 Tracks 4000 OE, other magnetic stripes are available. Please consult EMACS.
8. All card orders are final. For details on changes or cancellations, please consult EMACS.
9. Credentials are available with the iCLASS Elite (Part # MC-0036) and/or Corporate 1000 (Part # MC-1000) Formats for an additional charge.
10. iCLASS Tags are packaged in multiples of 50 pieces. Minimum order quantity is 100 pieces; orders will be accepted in multiples of 50 pieces thereafter.
11. All prices in this web site do not include Contact Smart Chip Module.
12. Modules require a signed Non-Disclosure agreement before order can be placed.
13. User of any Programmer must sign an HID and EMACS software license agreement.
14. Programming restrictions may apply. Contact an HID or EMACS representative for complete details.
15. Camera ready artwork is required for all custom artwork cards.
16. Programming of the MIFARE Portion with an HID/OEM proximity Format is available for an additional charge.
17. MIFARE credentials include a permanent Unique MIFARE 32 Bit Serial number at no extra charge.
18. DESFire credentials include a permanent Unique DESFire 52 Bit Serial number at no extra charge.
19. Card reprogramming have some constraints. Consult EMACS and HID.
20. All 125 KHz proximity readers are available in Wiegand output. The ProxPro reader is available in a RS232 output version (P/N PS-5352). The ProxPro, ProxPro II, Prox80, MiniProx and ThinLine II readers are available in a magnetic stripe output version (P/N 5358 for ProxPro, P/N 5458 for ProxPro II, P/N 5408 for Prox80, P/N 5368 for MiniProx, 5398 for ThinLine II and 6008 ProxPoint Plus).
21. ProxPro II, MiniProx, ThinLine II and ProxPoint Plus Readers are available with 9 feet/3 meters pigtail for an additional charge.
22. Proximity cards and keyfobs included in EntryProx kits will be programmed with HID's 37-bit Wiegand format (H10302). HID tracks the issuance of this format and does not duplicate numbers. Numbers will be issued in random order. An EntryProx antenna is included with the purchase of the EntryProx reader.
23. HID Proximity 125 kHz credentials are available non-programmed for use with HID ProxProgrammer.
24. Minimum 12 month quantity commitment is 500 units for 125 kHz Proximity Embedded Reader Electronics. Units will be shipped in bulk quantities.
25. Minimum shipment is 100 units for 125 kHz Proximity Embedded Reader Electronics. Shipments must be scheduled for release at the time the order is placed.
26. Price includes the circuit board only (no antenna or plastic housing) unless otherwise indicated for 125 kHz Proximity Embedded Reader Electronics.
27. eProx Lock Module boards are available with Wiegand, Clock-and-data, or F2F outputs.
28. Modules require a signed Non-Disclosure agreement before order can be placed.
29. ProxPoint OEM and MiniProx Guts Modules are available in a magnetic stripe output version (P/N 4068 for ProxPoint OEM; P/N 4038 for MiniProx Guts).
30. ProxPoint OEM does not include UL, FCC or CE approval.
31. Re-work cards must be returned to HID in sequential order. If cards are not returned to EMACS in sequential order, EMACS will apply a sort fee (part # MC-0014).
32. External Number on ProxCard II cannot be removed.
33. The base price for Wiegand credentials with more than 26 bits will be 5% higher than the above prices.
34. Minimum order quantity is 100 for all standard Wiegand Cards and Keys, 500 for custom cards or cards with custom artwork. Consult factory for minimum order quantity and Price Quote on all custom keys & clamshell cards with solid color base. Delivery is 12 weeks ARO.
35. Standard Wiegand cards include plain white, directional arrow or Sensorcard artwork.
36. Standard Wiegand credential configuration does not include external PIN.
37. Wiegand credential orders are subject to gaps in the internal encoded numbering sequence. Minimum order quantity is 250 for all Zero Gap Cards.
38. HID will encode 10 digit Data Configuration on all cards ordered for use with the HID magnetic stripe readers unless instructed otherwise. For all other Non-HID magnetic stripe readers, please specify data configuration.
